Hello Kitty is back in a new dress up game. In this game you get to dress up Hello Kitty while fun "Hello, Hello Kitty" music plays in the background. The music is fun, can get a bit repetitive for some people. Hit the "Speaker Box" in the top right corner of the game to turn the music on or off. Happy Hello Kitty features all kinds of fun clothing to dress Hello Kitty with, including shirts, sun glasses, scarfs, skirts, Necklaces and so much more. Clothing also comes in a variety of different colors so you can customize your Kitty how you want her. As you play the game you will notice some of your favorite Hello Kitty characters running around in the background like Keroppi and Badtz-Maru.
